REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased, please contact our office within 30 days of purchase. 

For credit card orders no refunds or less than full refunds will be made. We will either exchange a defective product, exchange it for a comparable product price-wise, or give you a credit toward future purchases by you for products or services offered through Wisdom for Living Ministries, Inc.

For orders made by cash or check,  you may either exchange a defective product, exchange it for a comparable product price-wise, obtain a credit toward future purchases by you for products or services offered through Wisdom for Living Ministries, Inc. or request a refund.  Said refund will be sent to you within thirty days of your request.

If you are not satisfied with our book, per our guarantee, the above refund/exchange policy applies.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your first and last name and your email address will be collected.  When you purchase a product through our Shopping Cart Service, your name, address, credit card information will be stored in our database.  This information is stored for the private use of Wisdom for Living Ministries, Inc. and is never sold or rented to a third party.  

Any and all information obtained through purchases made through this website are kept confidential and not shared with third-parties unless there is a dispute as to the transaction. 

This Privacy Policy is effective 1/1/05 and will remain in effect until further notice. Should revisions to this Privacy Policy be made in the future, you will be notified of same via email.
